Everyone has a first time! ...pluck-up the courage...and you will be amazed at the friendly, welcoming and fun community that you are joining.

Our parties provide a relaxed, intimate and no-pressure environment. If you just wish to visit, relax and chat with some new friends and not participate in anything else, you are very welcome. The first time visiting our type of party can be very daunting: just remember that there will be others who are also there for the first time. Generally, on both party nights there are between 20 and 40 people who haven't visited us before, amongst the 100 to 200 people at a party.

We provide a wide variety of interesting areas to explore and you may prefer to explore them on your own, as a couple, or with others (see our Friday and Saturday party etiquette points below to decide which party might be best for you).

Etiquette for Friday and Saturday Parties

Fridays: On Friday evenings, we are open to new and experienced couples, single males and single females. Those who come as couples are free to explore the venue either together or separately. Friday night is a lively mixed night where we restrict the number of single men to keep an even balance to the party.

Saturdays: We hold our Saturday parties exclusively for new and experienced couples and single females. We do not permit single guys to enter this party at the request of our party guests. We do encourage couples on this evening to stay within the vicinity of each other throughout the party and to explore the venue together. We will politely ask any attendee seen without their partner at the venue on Saturday evenings to find him/her and enjoy the party and our facilities together. Please do not be offended if we remind you that this is our policy for Saturday evenings. If you wish to explore the venue separately, our Friday night party might be the better choice for you.    

Party Guidelines for Couples and Singles Party etiquette is strictly enforced: if a couple is not interested in a single man, please refuse politely and the single man must accept the decision!

No means No!

Any person found to be pestering or offering unwelcome attention will be immediately asked to leave. There is no warning or second chance.  Be courteous to other guests and hosts at all times. If you wish to join another single, couple, or group always ask permission and please accept gracefully, if declined.

Smoking is currently not allowed anywhere in the house, pool house, pool enclosure or dungeon area. There is an undercover smoking area by the cinema, another one by the poolhouse and a third by the dungeon area. Alternatively, please use the "stub" bins by the reception area, or along the walkway or by the French doors at the back of the house. Fire alarms are fitted in key areas.

No cameras or recording devices of any kind are allowed in any area of the party. Please leave these in your car (NOT on display) along with any other valuables or ask for a locker at reception. Do not use a mobile phone inside any of the buildings. Please leave them in your car or in your coat or bag at reception. Confidentiality and privacy must be respected at all times.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for drug use or drug dealers. If anyone is seen or found to be taking drugs, they will be asked to leave the party, they will not be invited back and they may be reported to the Police.

No one will be admitted to the party without a Security card or ID. Security cards are strictly non-transferable. Cards can be cancelled at any time at the Host’s discretion. Cards remain the property of AbFabParties at all times and do not guarantee entry.

The owners/management and/or party hosts will not be held liable or responsible for any loss or injury sustained by any visitor or guest of the party whilst on the premises. In particular, guests use the pool, sauna, hot tubs and dungeon equipment at their own risk. These are unsupervised facilities. By signing the security application form, potential guests are confirming that they are in good health and fit to use the pool, sauna, hot tubs or dungeon equipment and that they have had a recent medical check to confirm their fitness. Any change in health or fitness which might effect you at a party should be communicated to the party hosts upon entry.

The party hosts reserve the right to refuse entry at their sole discretion. Please note that anyone arriving drunk may be refused entry. In addition, anyone consuming excessive alcohol may be asked to leave the party.

Please understand that these parties are not for profit. We are running private parties for members of our internet group and any party contributions are used to offset the high running costs and the substantial depreciation to the owner’s property.
